Causes of Nappy Rash:

Most common reason for nappy rash is leaving a moist nappy on your baby’s body for a long time which allows the moist nappy (because of baby’s urine) to come in direct contact with the baby’s skin which subsequently makes it irritable, which develops skin rashes.

Bad quality or ill-fitted diapers do not let the air to pass inside and your child feels irritating and moist inside. This also leads to nappy rash .

The other causes of nappy rash are when you wish to give some solid food. You start giving different solid food to your baby that may not be suitable for your baby and they then develop nappy rash . Change in the diet is recommended at that time.

Babies with diarrhoea are also more likely to develop nappy rash .
