Dos and don'ts for Obesity
Regularly practice breathing exercises and some exercise for maintaining yourself in good shape and healthy mind.
Go for morning walks everyday, especially in summer as brisk walking is very effective in obesity control.
Try to take time out from your busy schedule for your exercise, at least for three to four days a week.

Causes of Obesity:
